Making a Purchase |

Making a purchase could not be easier.
You can submit an order for products to Contact Express by adding items to your shopping basket and completing the steps required on the order 'checkout'.
All standard prices are reflected in ŁUK Sterling, including Europe and the rest of the world.
We are under no obligation to accept your order but would normally do so where the product is available. The order reflects current pricing and your credit debit card payment is approved by your credit debit card company.
Acceptance of your order will be confirmed after receipt and at that point a binding agreement between us will be in place under these terms and conditions. If for any reason we do not accept your order or the price of the product has increased between the time of the order and our acceptance of it, or if a supplementary delivery charge applies we will advise you by email of the change. You will then need to resubmit your order. Only credit and debit cards are acceptable as payment for orders via this site.
All our orders are completed through SecPay.. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and other well known credit cards.

Shipping and Handling |

Shipping within the UK, including IOM and the Channel Islands, is calculated per product and displayed in your shopping basket prior to checkout. |

Delivery Schedule |

We aim to process orders as soon as possible but please allow up to 10 WORKING DAYS for delivery to avoid disappointment.
European/Worldwide destinations may take up to 28 days.
All items are subject to availability.
Where items are temporarily out of stock despatch maybe delayed. However, you will be notified of this as soon as possible.
All deliveries will be made to you at the address specified at the time of ordering.
All deliveries must be signed for and you will be responsible for the products as soon as they are delivered.
Ownership of the product shall pass to you once we have received payment in full. |

Guarantee |

All items purchased are guaranteed against defects. Contact Express will replace any faulty item by return if the item is in stock. For items not in stock we can offer an alternative or a refund.
Contact Express will not be liable to you for any breach of our agreement for delay or failure to perform if the delay or failure is due to acts of God, civil commotion, riots, floods, drought, fire, legislation or other cause beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory rights. Our agreement will be governed by English Law and any disputes will be resolved non-exclusively by English courts. |

All emails sent to you will be forwarded to the address you specify. It is important that you provide an accurate and valid email address, otherwise Contact Express will be unable to accept your order. You must also ensure that if this address changes between the time you submit your order and the delivery of the product (by us to you) you advise us of the new address. We will not be responsible for failure to perform under this agreement where such failure is attributable to a change of address. |

Returns Policy |

Our policy adheres to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
You have the right to cancel this agreement but this right ends 7 WORKING DAYS after the date YOU RECEIVE the products; 'working days' excludes weekends and bank holidays. You will not have to pay for any goods and any amounts you have been charged will be repaid to you by way of a credit to your card within 30 days. However if the goods have been dispatched or delivered then YOU MUST RETURN the products to us and bear the costs yourself; the cost of return postage will only be refunded in situations where a statutory right is breached. We recommend that you advise us as soon as possible if you wish to exercise your right to cancel. Any products returned must be received by Contact Express in the condition and in the same packaging as when it was delivered to you. For hygiene reasons all products must not have been used for this agreement to be enforceable.
When returning any goods for an exchange or refund it is recommended that you obtain a proof of posting certificate from the Post Office/Dispatcher as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in the post
We do not refund the cost of returns unless the reason for return is the result of our own error or there is a breach of your statutory rights. |

Please note: we will not be able to dispatch any orders for contact lenses, until we have received a copy of your recent contact lens prescription by fax, e-mail or post. The prescription must be in date for the entire duration of lenses ordered and needs to be signed by your optician. If you do not have this information you may email us your optician's contact details and we will try to obtain the information for you. |
